Part Time – 30 hours per week

We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Administration Clerk to join our Administration Team. This position is responsible for providing front desk administrative and clerical services to effective and efficient operations of the ADS Rockdale office.

This position requires a background in effective organisational, communication and computer skills, ability to keep a high level of confidentiality; and excellent interpersonal skills. All applicants must obtain a job information package and submit a written application addressing each of the following selection criteria.


  1. Demonstrated experience and skills in a business support, administration or reception environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. High level of computer literacy particularly in the use of Gmail, Microsoft Word and Excel and an ability to develop new skills in the use of other computer systems
  4. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment whilst maintaining confidentiality and respect
  5. Ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks and be proactive
  6. Ability to stay calm under pressure
  7. Be able to lift and carry up to 15 kg
  8. Hold a current satisfactory National Policy Check


  1. Cash handling experience
  2. Demonstrated understanding of Work, Health & Safety
  3. First Aid certificate
