Fixed term Part-time – contract up to 30 June 2022

We are currently seeking to employ Bilingual Case Worker for our Help at Home Program which provides support services to our clients over 65 years and over. The Case Coordinator plays a key engagement role with the clients to drive effective understanding and planning for clients to access ADS services and live the life they choose.

The Case Coordinator will provide information, initial screening, assessment, individual case coordination and/or support group services to clients and carers through the enablement and client centred approach.

All applicants must obtain a job information package and submit a written application addressing each of the following selection criteria.


  1. Tertiary qualifications in Aged Care, Community Services or relevant field;
  2. Experience in casework in the aged  including assessment and care planning;
  3. Demonstrated Commitment to person centre practice and Sound knowledge of community aged care industry including Act, policies and standards;
  4. Speak fluently in English and Macedonian;
  5. Highly developed written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as an effective member of the highly interacted aged and disability service team;
  7. Sound computer literacy including CRM;
  8. Hold a current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance;
  9. A current National Police Check;
  10. Demonstrated skill in CALD community engagement.


  1. First Aid certificate;
  2. Previous experience in working with people with disability


  • Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Service Industry (SCHCADS) Award, NSW and salary packaging.
